EZ Computing is an authorized Contract Holder under NASA SEWP VI (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement), a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing federal agencies and their approved contractors access to Information Technology, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions and services.

Agency processes may vary. Purchase Requests (PRs) and Delivery Orders (DOs) are issued by the ordering agency.
SEWP VI is a multiple-award contract. Per FAR 16.505(b), EZ Computing will be given a fair opportunity to be considered for each order placed under this contract using SEWP's RFQ tools. No documentation of the government's order-selection decision is required to be provided with the order.
EZ Computing does not market, quote, or otherwise offer for sale any items that are not listed on our SEWP VI contract until those items are added to the SEWP database of record and made available to all government end users.
When responding to a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Market Research Request (MRR), we quote only items available on our contract, at a price no greater than what is listed in the SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued. If we do not carry an item requested in a Formal RFQ, we respond with a No Bid rather than leaving the request unanswered.
Quotes state a clear validity period, and any order submitted within that period will be honored.
